Brown Rice or White Rice: What do you prefer?

Earlier today, I was surfing around on digg and I found this article about brown rice that I thought was pretty informative.

I've always preferred brown rice, because I've always heard it's the healthier option, but I still eat white rice on occasion.. But looking at the different ways it's (allegedly) healthier, I never realized it was that much better for you than white rice.

My wife won't touch it though. She doesn't like the taste. She doesn't care about the supposed benefits.. what does everyone else prefer? white or brown rice?
